If you’re like most businesses, you’ve always had a problem with the amount of time it takes to complete your employee scheduling and timekeeping. It’s an issue that’s not unique to your business. The MySmartTask app can help you with that problem.
This app is a companion to the SmartTask employee scheduling and mobile workforce management solution. It is part of the Smart control room module and allows workers to receive their rosters and confirm availability on their personal Smartphones. This allows them to log on to MySmartTask, once their roster has been scheduled or confirmed in SmartTask they can send it to them using the roster notify button which will appear on the employee timesheet screen. The MySmartTask app will then notify them that a change has been made to their roster and they can confirm or decline their scheduled shifts without speaking to the control room.
